Introduction
For centuries, humanity has been conflicted with being devout and serving a God and/or several Gods while overcoming the challenges of daily life. When negative events happen in one’s life, it is hard to keep one’s faith and continue to belief and trust a deity. These occasions bring up questions such as: does God exist? Do I need God in my life? Are those who do not belong to a religion doomed? Can I still be good without being religious? It is true that one can be morally good without belonging to a religion, nor believing in a deity due to the theories of the Doctrine of the Mean; Behaviorism and Secular Humanism.
